Q. How long does it usually take for my merchandise to be shipped?

A. I usually ship 3 months after I compile all my orders due to production factors. The process of printing acrylic merchandise takes 2-4 months depending on production traffic, which is why all orders take quite long to ship. 

Q. I can't seem to track my package

A. I provide the link to track your order once I mark your order as shipped. However, if the link does not work for you, you can always contact me through email or DM me on my social media account to ask for update.

Q. Are GO's available?

A. International GOs are allowed as long as you've contacted me before placing your oder.
